Hello. This is a bit weird isn’t it? Talking “about me” I’ll try to not make this too awkward. Ok. Here goes. Deep breath.

 

I am a multi award winning and Emmy nominated producer / Director, working mostly in comedy. I've made movies, and TV shows, documentaries, commercials, shorts and sketches. I've made hundreds of hours of content. Some of it is even pretty good. At least, that's what my Dad says. I think it's all awful, but I'm a tortured artist, so, whatever, listen to my Dad, not me.

I was the co-founder of Oscar winning production company, Grain Media. I sold my half of Grain in 2018 to concentrate on making comedy. What kind of an idiot sells an Oscar winning production company to concentrate on making comedy? This kind of idiot (I'm pointing at myself.)

My feature debut was the critically acclaimed SuperHero romcom, SUPERBOB which was called “a modern romantic classic” by Ricky Gervais and “the best SuperHero film of 2015” by Empire magazine’s Chris Hewitt. It received 4 star reviews from The Times, The Evening Standard, Empire, Den of Geek, Londonist and many more. It won 9 international awards and played at 16 international festivals, opening and closing many of them. Fancy pants, right?

 

I've been lucky enough to work with some of the UK's best comedy talent including Ross Noble, Brett Goldstein, Catherine Tate, Aisling Bea, Diane Morgan, Joe Wilkinson and lots more.

 

I always have a lot of stuff in development, across features, shorts, TV and commercials. I like meeting interesting folk and making stuff. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some great people in the past, and I’d like to continue doing so, so, drop me a line, we’ll have a cup of tea, and maybe make a movie. Sound good?
